* Cancellations made *at least 24 hours before* the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience may be subject to partial refund (up to 50%) or no refund, depending on preparation costs.
* No-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
For private group bookings, special cancellation terms may apply.
