1. Booking Confirmation
All reservations must be made in advance through our website, email, or official communication channels (including WhatsApp).
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
* Receiving written confirmation from Thakafat, and
* Payment of the required deposit or full amount (as specified).
Thakafat reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion if operational requirements cannot be met.

2. Payment Policy
* Full payment or a deposit (as specified per experience) is required to confirm a reservation.
* Payments may be made via bank transfer, online payment gateway, or other approved methods.
* Prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless otherwise stated.
* Group pricing may vary depending on the number of participants.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation

3. Rescheduling Policy
Guests may request to reschedule their booking at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Thakafat will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
* Arrive on time at the agreed meeting point.
* Respect local customs, traditions, and hosts.
* Inform Thakafat in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements.
* Follow safety instructions provided during the experience.
Thakafat reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund
4. Health & Safety
Participation in experiences is voluntary. Guests acknowledge that certain activities (such as cooking, hiking, or outdoor experiences) may involve minor risks.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the booked experience.

5. Changes by Thakafat
Thakafat reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel an experience due to:
* Weather conditions
* Safety concerns
* Host availability
* Force majeure events (unforeseen circumstances beyond our control)
In such cases, guests will be offered:
* An alternative date, or
* A comparable experience, or
* A full refund.

6. Photography & Media
During experiences, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
Guests who do not wish to appear in media content must inform Thakafat in advance.

8. Liability Limitation
Thakafat acts as a facilitator between guests and local hosts. While we ensure quality and safety standards, we are not liable for:
* Personal injury resulting from negligence of the participant
* Loss or damage of personal belongings
* Events outside our reasonable control
Guests participate at their own responsibility.
